Bookings & Payments
All accommodation rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
Cancellations & Refunds
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before their scheduled arrival date and time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, or failure to arrive, will result in the full booking amount being charged.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be returned to the original payment method.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the accommodation, facilities and other guests with respect. Guests may be held responsible for reasonable costs associated with damage caused by themselves or members of their party, beyond normal wear and tear.
The number of guests occupying a room must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation without prior approval.
Changes to Bookings
Requests to change booking dates, room types or guest numbers are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences or cancellation conditions.
Property Facilities
Guests are welcome to use the facilities provided at GlowWorm Lodge. We ask that all facilities are used responsibly and that any maintenance or housekeeping concerns are reported to our team promptly so they can be addressed.
Liability & Consumer Rights
GlowWorm Lodge is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except where liability arises under applicable New Zealand law.
Nothing in these terms limits guests' rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable legislation.
Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made through Booking.com, Expedia or other third-party platforms are also subject to the booking conditions agreed to through the relevant platform.
